Wood sauna with two Harvia heaters from Finland and volcanic sauna stones.
45–50°CHouse of Steam
A large white dome steam room, dark and quiet inside.
5–7°CIskall ice bath
A large shared ice bath with proper filtration and cleaning system.
10–14°CFjord cold plunge
Cold, but more approachable than the ice bath. Good for repeated rounds.
40°C+Geysir hot bath
A round in-ground hot bath. The reward after cold.
