About growth club
Life needs contrast.
Not a place to escape life. A place to live it.
Why we built it.
We spent a lot of time in Ao Nang and felt something was missing. The mountains, ocean, rain, sunsets and nature were already here. But we felt Ao Nang needed a proper sauna and cold-water experience.
We loved sauna culture, cold water, recovery and the feeling of slowing down for a while. So we built the place we wanted to visit ourselves.
Built by us.
growth club was not designed in a boardroom. We drew the layout, designed the space, learned as we went, made mistakes, solved problems and kept building.
We are proud that we made it ourselves. And we are even more proud when people leave happier than when they arrived.
The idea
Growth is life.
Things that grow are alive. Growth can mean learning, recovering, becoming stronger, changing perspective or simply becoming more present.
Nature is luxury.
Health, time, quiet, grass, mountains and real connection are luxuries.
Recovery matters.
Training, work and goals are important. Recovery is what makes growth possible.
Contrast creates appreciation.
Cold makes warmth better. Effort makes rest better. Challenge makes growth real.
