Our sauna is a traditional dry sauna built from wood and heated by two Harvia electric sauna heaters from Finland. The heaters use volcanic sauna stones, also from Harvia.
It is not meant to feel flashy. It is meant to feel like a proper sauna.
How to use it
Sit down and relax.
Most guests stay between 5 and 20 minutes at a time. Listen to your body. Do not push too hard. Then cool down in the cold plunge or ice bath and rest before going again.
